Our house is over 100 years old. They fitted new windows to our extension in 2008 and responded rapidly when we needed replacement panes to our old double-glazed windows.

In 2015 Chaplin Windows assessed our interest in replacing the old windows. They gave honest and clear advice so we could weigh up the pros and cons of wooden sash windows, triple glazing or uPVC. Their quote was similar to others and with their track record, we chose them to replace the old double glazing.
